At our regular club meeting in June 8, 2009, two proposals were made in writing to make changes to our current by-laws. Per XI, these proposals are being published to our club website (in lieu of a newsletter).

This officer reviews the financial records of the organization quarterly or as needed.
ARTICLE IX – MEETINGS
Section 1 – Meetings of Members
Members shall meet monthly on the second Monday of every month unless otherwise instructed by the club President. Changes in the regularly scheduled meeting time or location shall be approved by a majority of the members before being implemented. A quorum must be present before any club business may be conducted.

The officers may change the meeting time and location for special events as needed. In the event of the unexpected loss of a meeting location the club officers shall secure a temporary meeting location. A quorum must be present before any club business may be conducted.
