June Meeting Topic: Fruit Beers
During our June meeting, we covered the topic of fruit beers. Below is Kevin Kozlen’s presentation on the topic.
We tried commercial examples of several fruit beers which include raspberries, cherries, peaches, apricots, and strawberries.
Additionally, for our show and tell, Fred brought a beer gun and explained how it was used to bottle kegged beers. At the July meeting we’ll cover meads, and it’s also one of the AHA Club-only competitions, so if you’ve got a mead, bring it and we’ll select one to send off to the competition.
