Spent Grain Usage

Not a beer recipe, but a leftover one:

What do you guys do with your spent grains? I hear it makes lovely compost, but my yard isn't big enough to bother with that sort of thing. I have heard tell of using the grains for bread, dog biscuits, and granola.

I brewed on Saturday and put the grains to use on Sunday. I tried a quick bread recipe, which turned out fairly well but didn't use much of my grains, and came out rather more moist than I had anticipated (although that could probably be fixed with more drying of the grains, more flour, more baking time, etc.). I also tried a granola bar recipe by just swapping out toasted grains for the oats, and that didn't set up properly. I'll be trying to bake them some more this evening to see if they just started too wet.

Do you have any good recipes that you've tried?

Thanks,
Ben
